IMMO PLUS 2.0 software and VAG COMMANDER software is allowed to run with a same hardware, but our old VVDI users need to update the hardware firmware before running IMMO plus software with the VAG COMMANDER hardware.

Before update, you have to use COMMANDER UPDATE 1.3 software to read out serial number and send it to your supplier. After your supplier send you the updating data file, please also use COMMANDER UPDATE 1.3 software to open it, then update the hardware, you need only click the button “UPDATE”, then a dialog box appears, then you just open the data file.

Function:

1.Use the main key to add the other keys:
Connect the programmer to the OBD port of the car, there are some short beep sounds after power on, it enters auto search car status.
Press the start button twice to wake up the anti-theft module. When the connection with the module is done successfully after 7 seconds, there is a long beep 4-5 sounds (4 sounds means the system is IV K system, 5 sounds means V CANBUS system). Wait 30 seconds, there are a long beep sounds, it means the car enter into add key state.

2.Add smart key:
put the original car key (with the logo side) access to the start button, you should hear two beep sounds. SEC light will flash twice; within 5 seconds, put the key close to the start button, you should hear 2 beep sound, SEC light will flash twice; after learn all the smart key, wait 30 seconds till SEC light begin flash, and the car will close adaptation mode automatically.

3.All the key was lost or only have vice key, need to do initialization:
Press constantly the LED button, and plug into the OBD port of the car, after two short beep sounds, finish press, it enters into auto search car status.
Press the start button twice, in order to wake the anti-theft computer. When the connection with the Computer of car is done successfully after 7 seconds, there is a long beep 4-5 sound (4 sounds mean the system is IV K system, 5 sounds mean V CANBUS system), 5 seconds later, LED light go out. Wait 10-16 minutes,there are a long beep sounds, and LED light flicker, it means the car enter into study key state.

All keys lost matching mode: Add every smart key which need to program(with the logo side)access to the start button, meanwhile you will here two beep sound. SEC light will shine twice; After you finisher studying all the smart keys, wait 30 seconds till SEC light shining, the system will Auto-close study state.

Notice:

1.Must use the right new smart keymaker, and follow the right step above, otherwise you take the consequences.
2.If the device can not match the key, and LED light shining constantly, pls clear the error code by using anti-theft system such as T300.
3.After finishing program keys, the key can strat but the SEC light is still turn on, maybe you use the vice key, only main key can manually shut the study mode.
4.Don`t try to open the cover of programmer and dash board, otherwise you take the consequences.
5.This machine is only provided for the legal auto repair. Otherwise you will take the above consequences.

How to do key program?

1.Dismantle the engine ECU from the vehicle (or IMMO) , and take down the IC chip identified as "93C56" (fixed to the computer in the vehicle engine; for the Camry being IC601, and Lexus being IC900. Identification number for a chip fixed to IMMO is 93LC66) . Clean up every pin of IC to make sure of a sound connection.
2.Install 93C56 on the device through programmer; make sure that the connection is good.
3.Supply electricity to the programmer, the screen will show"can work normal"with a beep sound indicating that the machine is working well.
4.Press"R-key", and the red light"LED" will be lit; programmer is thus ready for programming.
5.Put the key on the key logo of the programmer.
6.Press R-key again to hear the beep sound beep 4 times, and the red light also goes off, these means that the key has been successfully programming to the programmer. If the beep sound is not made 4 times, then repeat the operation until you hear the exact 4 beep sound.
7. By the stated operations you can programming 3 keys to the programmer altogether.
8. Now you can verify whether the 3 keys have been actually programmed: press R-key, put a key near the key logo, if a 4-beep sound is made, that means the programming is effective. Every key must be verified so that they can be program to 93LC56 and 93LC66.
9. Press Pr-A, Pr-B and Pr-C orderly to programming the 3 programmed keys to 93C56 (or 93LC66) . When "OK" displays, the programming succeeds; otherwise"ERROR" signal appears. Failure may be due to misconnection between 93C56 and the programmer, or the reverse installation or corruption of the chip. In this case you better repeat the adaptation twice to ensure the success.

Now that IC-93C56 (or 93LC66) has three keys programed to it, you can now weld it to the engine ECU. Make sure the weld is good.
Fit the ECU back to the vehicle. With any of the previously programmed keys you can start the vehicle now.

The using method:

4. Choose M1 or M2 to program keys. If the led light twinkles one time and the loudspeaker loud one time, it shows that the programming is success. If LED lighting 5 times, and loudspeaker loud 5 times, it shows the wrong 93LC66 data or couldn’t find the 93LC66, need to check it is wrong with the connection or placement of the feet of 93LC66, and program keys again; If LED lighting 10 times, loudspeaker loud 10 times, it shows the ID48 chip is locked or the type of chip is wrong, need to program again.
5 Weld 93LC66 after finish the programming, and install BSI back to the car then it could be started.

HB-40W HB40W HB 40W Electric Soldering Iron

This is the special T-Iron for replacing BMW pixel cable. Pixel repair (flat cable) is to replace the digital panel, which is within the instrument panel. It is glued with a soldering iron with a tip (T) with the teflon base not to burn the flat cable, . is taken from the old flat cable and sticks to the new with the soldering iron with teflon base. Note: Remember to remove the paper that comes dressed in new flat cable

How to solder

1. Clean the parts to be joined.
2. Clean soldering iron cover and "tin" all faces of tip with a coating of solder.
3. Heat parts (not solder) to be joined.
4. Apply flux-core solder to heated parts, not the soldering cover, and heat it till solder melts and flows freely.

Caution

1. A smoke will be normally come out for a short while at initial use.
2. Use with soldering stand to avoid any part of body get burnt.
3. Don't pull the cover away when soldering iron still hot otherwise heating element may be burnt out.
4. Cool down naturally after use.

1. Remove original EWS2 control unit, find +12v ACC, GND, K-line wires, attach emulator. Emulator must be in service mode: JUMPER 1 shorted.
2. Connect ANY K-line diagnostic adapter to vehicle diagnostic connector and launch EMULATOR CONFIGURATION UTILITY:

3. Choose COM port, write in desired ISN number, press button Store. Or -
4. For some ECU s it is possible to read ISN number directly from engine control unit. In this case select option "ECU xxxxx", press Read. Software will try to read ISN. If successful, choose option "EWS emulator" and press button Store to save ISN number into emulator.
5. Disconnect emulator from K-line, remove JUMPER 1 and connect K output from emulator to
DME(DDE) <-> EWS line.
6. Don't forget to short two starter relay wires (EWS connector)!
7. Car is ready to start.


In case of EWS3.2 similar procedure is used, only difference is that that it is NOT connected directly to diagnostic K-line.
There are NO any counters or car starts limited. You can change and store new ISN without any limitations.
Emulator is shipped with JUMPER 1 shorted. For testing purposes ISN 0579 is stored by default.

BOSCH EDC15
Diesel Control units are very often used since 1999. Those units cover up most of the diesel vehicles at VAG.
SEAT and SKODA equipped their cars some years longer with ecu´s of that kind.

BOSCH EDC16
Those Diesel Control units are built into cars since 2002. They are the most frequently use ECUs in Diesel Cars of the latest generation.

ME7.* /MED 9.5
The engine ecu type BOSCH ME7.* was used in petrol cars such as Golf IV or Audi TT. You can read out following types of ecu´s: ME7.5, ME7.1, ME7.5.1, and ME7.1.1.
The ecu ME7.1.1 of the Golf V is not implemented yet.

ME7 CHANNELS
When you click on this button, you reach the EEprom adaption channels of the BOSCH ME7.* engine control unit.
Those are for example the SEL scaling and the idle speed offset.

IMMOBILISER BOXES
When you click on this button you can read out the login code from the single standing Immobilizer units. Whit boxes from Audi A4 with 12pin connector and boxes from LT. You can read out boxes from 1994-1998, but only when an adapted key is inserted into the lock.

BOSCH EDC15
Diesel Control units are very often used since 1999. Those units cover up most of the diesel vehicles at VAG.
SEAT and SKODA equipped their cars some years longer with ecu´s of that kind.

BOSCH EDC16
Those Diesel Control units are built into cars since 2002. They are the most frequently use ECUs in Diesel Cars of the latest generation.

ME7.* /MED 9.5
The engine ecu type BOSCH ME7.* was used in petrol cars such as Golf IV or Audi TT. You can read out following types of ecu´s: ME7.5, ME7.1, ME7.5.1, ME7.1.1.
The ecu ME7.1.1of the Golf V is not implemented yet

ME7CHANNELS
When you click on this button , you reach the EEprom adaption channels of the BOSCH ME7.* engine control unit.
Those are for example the SEL scaling and the idle speed offset.

IMMOBILISER BOXES
when you click on this button you can read out the login code from the single standing Immobilizer units. Whit boxes from Audi A4 with 12pin connector and boxes from LT. As well you can read out boxes from 1994-1998, but only when an adapted key is inserted into the lock.
